I was blessed to been sent to look after Peggy, Jan's Mum and grew close to them all very quickly. Jan has gone from strength to strength, always ready with a warm smile and kindness. She always had wise words and thoughts, always ready with a cup of tea or coffee. I was constantly amazed at how she never seemed daunted or phased by the many challenges she faced. I'm so grateful I was able to see her shortly before she left us, thank you Cathy. There is an empty hole in my life which can never be refilled. Jan was and still is a unique and very special Lady, deeply missed. My deepest condolences to Cathy and family.
